2. What we collect

• Audit forms: name, email, phone, website, industry.
• Account: username, email, password (bcrypt-hashed), phone (optional).
• Order requests: contact info + the package selected.
• Usage: page-level logs, IP, user-agent for security/rate limiting.

3. Why we collect it

To deliver the audit, send the report PDF + follow-up emails, fulfil orders, and improve the service.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Performance of contract (delivering the audit you requested), consent (marketing emails), and legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention).

5. Sharing

Processors: SMTP email provider, hosting, analytics (if enabled). We never sell personal data.

6. Retention

Audit reports: 24 months. Account data: until you delete your account. Order data: 7 years (tax).

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have rights to access, correct, delete, port, and object to processing. Email us to exercise.

8. International transfers

Some processors are outside the EEA — we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
